Our Priorities

Our priorities are the way that we practically implement our values. They are the important activities that we actually want to do as a church – the practical application of our values and beliefs.

In Peterborough Vineyard Church our priorities will be:

• Worship – Intimate worship will be at the heart of all we do – both corporately & as individuals. In our meetings and as a lifestyle.
• The Word of God – The preaching & teaching of the Bible as our “rule for life” will be central in our main gatherings (Celebrations) and in our Small Groups.
• Relationships – Intimacy with God leads to intimacy with one another and this will be developed, both within our fellowship and with the wider church.
• Ministry – to the poor, the lost and the sick will be a natural effect, a practical progression from our worship, understanding of the scriptures and our depth in relationships.
• Training – for life and for leadership. To enable us to pass on ministry to others.
• Gifting – to see everyone grow in the use of Spiritual Gifts.
• Sending – to see the blessings God is giving us passed on – by individuals, as we see churches planted out of PVC and as we support World Mission.
• Prayer – we want to be a praying church - to see everyone develop in their communication with God, both corporately and individually.
